Maintenance and Repair

Maintenance and repair work must strictly follow all safety instructions in this manual.

Maintenance, calibration, and repair work must be performed according to the latest Service Guideopen in new window.

WARNING

  • Keep the product clean (clean daily).
  • Check fasteners for looseness every three months.

Repairs must be performed by authorized service providers or professional technical personnel designated by our company. The safety level specified for maintenance and repair work must be ensured, national or regional workplace safety regulations must be complied with, and all safety functions must be tested for normal operation.

The purpose of maintenance and repair work is to ensure normal system operation or to help restore normal state when system faults occur. Maintenance includes fault diagnosis and actual repairs.

The following safety procedures and warnings must be followed when operating the robot or control box:

DANGER

  • During maintenance, take necessary precautions to prevent others from reconnecting the system power during repairs. After power-off, re-check the system to ensure it is indeed powered off.
  • Before restarting the system, check the power plug ground connection.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from disassembling the robot or control box themselves.
  • When Lebai designated service providers or professional technical personnel perform repairs, please comply with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) regulations.
  • Avoid water or dust entering the robot or control box.

DANGER

  • Do not modify any information in the software safety configuration. If safety parameters change, the entire robot system should be considered a new system, which means all safety review processes, such as risk assessment, must be updated.
  • Replace faulty components with new components with the same part number or equivalent components approved by our company.
  • Immediately reactivate all disabled safety measures after the work is completed.
  • Record all repair operations and save them in the technical documentation related to the entire robot system.
  • The control box has no parts that end users can repair themselves. If maintenance or repair service is needed, please contact your dealer or our company.
