System Reset

When the robot experiences an anomaly that cannot be resolved through program adjustments or reboots, locate the small round hole labeled RESET on the back panel of the control box. Use a SIM card ejector tool or a straightened paper clip to press and hold for 20 seconds. If the robot reset is successful, it will restart within one minute.

Warning

Use with caution! This operation will clear all data saved in the L Master. Users should perform at least one backup operation before performing a software reset to facilitate recovery.

Network Reset

When the robot's network environment changes, or when the robot becomes inaccessible due to misoperation, you can perform a network reset. The method is to briefly press the aforementioned RESET button once. The arm will provide an audio prompt. Shortly after, you should be able to rediscover and connect to the robot.

This feature is only available on models produced after 2022. Users who have purchased earlier products should contact us for a system upgrade.
