System Reset

When the robot experiences an abnormality that cannot be recovered by adjusting the program or restarting, locate the small circular hole marked RESET on the control box back panel. Use a phone SIM card ejector tool or a straightened paperclip to long press for 20 seconds. The robot will restart within one minute after a successful reset.

Warning

Use with caution! This operation will clear all data saved in L Master. Users should perform at least one backup operation before performing a software reset for recovery purposes.

Network Reset

When the robot's network status changes or you cannot connect to the robot due to misoperation, you can perform a network reset. Press the above RESET button once, and the arm will emit a sound prompt. Shortly after, you can rediscover and reconnect to the robot.

This function is only effective on models produced after 2022. Users who purchased earlier models, please contact us for system upgrades.
