Product Quality Guarantee
Without prejudice to any claims agreement that the user (customer) may have reached with the dealer or retailer, the manufacturer shall provide the customer with product quality guarantee according to the terms listed below:
Within 12 months from the date of delivery of the equipment and its components to the customer (maximum 15 months if including transportation time), for defects caused by manufacturing and/or material defects, our company will provide necessary spare parts, while the user (customer) shall provide labor and replace or repair relevant components under the guidance of our company's professional technical personnel.
If the equipment defect is caused by improper handling by the user (customer) and/or failure to follow the relevant information described in this manual, our company shall not bear product quality guarantee responsibility. This "Product Quality Guarantee" does not apply to or extend to maintenance performed by authorized dealers or users (customers) (such as installation, configuration, software download). Users (customers) must provide purchase vouchers and purchase dates as valid evidence to enjoy this "Product Quality Guarantee." All ownership of equipment or components returned to our company under replacement or return belongs to our company.
Any other claims arising from or related to the equipment are not covered by this "Product Quality Guarantee." Nothing in this "Product Quality Guarantee" is intended to limit or exclude the statutory rights of users (customers), nor to limit or exclude the manufacturer's liability for personal injury caused by negligence. The duration of this "Product Quality Guarantee" shall not be extended due to services provided under the terms of this "Product Quality Guarantee." Without prejudice to this "Product Quality Guarantee," our company reserves the right to charge the user (customer) replacement or repair costs. The above provisions do not imply a change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the user (customer).

If the defect presented by the equipment is caused by improper use by the user (customer) or failure to follow this manual, our company shall not bear any damage or loss caused thereby, including but not limited to production losses or damage to other production equipment.
Our company is committed to continuously improving product reliability and performance, and therefore reserves the right to upgrade products. Changes to the information contained in this manual are subject to change without notice. Our company strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of this manual content, but is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by errors or omissions therein. In particular, failures caused by the following situations are not covered by this warranty:
- Installation, wiring, or connection to other control devices not in accordance with user manual requirements.
- Use exceeding the specifications or standards shown in the user manual.
- Storage methods or working environments exceeding the specified range of the user manual (such as pollution, salt damage, condensation, etc.).
- Product damage caused by improper transportation.
- Damage caused by accidents or collisions not following operational and warning information.
- Damage caused by modification, debugging, or repair of original parts by third parties other than our company's designated integrators or professional maintenance personnel.
- Changes or destruction of software or internal data.
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, lightning strikes, strong winds, and floods.
According to the Product Quality Guarantee, our company only provides quality guarantee commitments for defects and flaws in products and components sold by our company's recognized or authorized dealers or our company's direct sales. Our company shall not bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect damage/consequences caused by other related products.
