Product Quality Warranty

Without prejudice to any claim agreement that the user (customer) may have reached with distributors or retailers, the manufacturer shall provide the customer with a product quality warranty according to the following terms:

For a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the equipment and its components to the customer (or up to a maximum of 15 months if including transportation time), in the event of defects due to poor manufacturing and/or materials, our company will provide the necessary spare parts, while the user (customer) should provide the labor, and replace or repair the relevant parts under the guidance of our professional technicians.

If the equipment defect is due to improper handling by the user (customer) and/or failure to follow the relevant information described in this manual, our company shall not be liable for the product quality warranty. This "Product Quality Warranty" does not apply to or extend to maintenance performed by authorized dealers or users (customers) themselves (such as installation, configuration, software downloads). The user (customer) must provide proof of purchase and date of purchase as valid evidence to enjoy this "Product Quality Warranty". The ownership of equipment or components replaced or returned to our company belongs to our company.

Any other claims arising from or related to the equipment are not covered by this "Product Quality Warranty". Nothing in this "Product Quality Warranty" attempts to limit or exclude the user's (customer's) statutory rights, nor does it attempt to limit or exclude the manufacturer's liability for personal injury or death resulting from its negligence. The duration of this "Product Quality Warranty" shall not be extended due to services provided under the terms of this "Product Quality Warranty". Without violating the principles of this "Product Quality Warranty", our company reserves the right to charge the user (customer) for replacement or repair costs. The above provisions do not imply a change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the user (customer).

If the defects presented by the equipment are caused by improper use by the user (customer) or failure to follow this manual, our company shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising therefrom, including but not limited to production losses or damage to other production equipment.

Our company is committed to continuously improving the reliability and performance of our products and therefore reserves the right to upgrade products. The information contained in this manual is subject to change without notice. Our company strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the contents of this manual, but is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by errors or omissions in the information. In particular, the following situations causing failures are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Failure to install, wire, or connect other control devices as required by the user manual.
  2. Use exceeding the specifications or standards shown in the user manual.
  3. Storage method or working environment exceeding the specified range in the user manual (such as pollution, salt damage, condensation, etc.).
  4. Product damage due to improper transportation.
  5. Damage caused by accidents or collisions resulting from failure to follow operating and warning information.
  6. Damage caused by modification, debugging, or repair of original parts by third parties other than integrators or professional maintenance personnel designated by our company.
  7. Modification or destruction of software or internal data.
  8. Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, tsunami, lightning, strong winds, and floods, etc.

According to the Product Quality Warranty, our company only makes quality assurance commitments for defects and deficiencies in products and parts sold by our company-recognized or authorized distributors or directly by our company. Our company does not assume any responsibility for any form of direct or indirect damage/consequences generated by other related products.
