Safety Guidelines

Before installing and powering on the robot, please carefully read this section and strictly follow the correct order and method to install and start the robot.

Safety Warning Symbols

DANGER

When this symbol appears, please pay special attention to situations in the warning instructions that may lead to electrical hazards. Failure to do so may result in personal injury, death, or equipment damage.

Danger/Warning

When this symbol appears, please pay special attention to situations in the warning instructions that may lead to personal safety or equipment damage. Failure to do so may result in personal injury, death, or serious equipment damage.

WARNING

When this symbol appears, please pay attention to matters that need attention during operation. Failure to do so may cause incorrect operation and lead to accidental injury.

Installation Environment Requirements

Before installing the robot, you should first check whether the installation environment conditions meet the requirements to avoid robot failure or accidental injury.

  • Ambient temperature: 0~40°C
  • Relative humidity: 25%~85%
  • Surrounding environment: No corrosive gases or liquids, no oil fumes or salt mist, no dust or metal chips, no radioactive materials, no flammable items, no electromagnetic noise, avoid direct sunlight if possible.
  • Working space: Must ensure sufficient space for safe operation (drag teaching, maintenance, etc.).
  • Installation surface: When installing the robot, choose a solid and shock-resistant surface that can withstand at least 10 times the full torsional force of the base joint (maximum torque of the base joint is 40 N·m), and at least 5 times the weight of the robot (the robot body itself weighs 9.5 kg).

WARNING

  • In the operating environment, avoid water, dust, and oil fumes entering the equipment. If such scenarios exist, take measures to shield the equipment.
  • Do not disassemble the machine to avoid product damage.
  • During product assembly and disassembly, handle with care to prevent bumps and drops.

DANGER

The robot needs to be safely placed on a solid, shock-resistant surface. Please ensure that the robot operation will not be affected by impact or vibration, otherwise, loosening of the robot installation screws may cause the robot to topple, resulting in accidental injury or property loss.

DANGER

Please ensure that there are no flammable gases, flammable dust, flammable liquids, or other substances in the installation environment, otherwise it may cause an explosion or fire.

DANGER

Please ensure that there is no water, corrosive gases, metal chips, dust, or other substances in the installation environment, and ensure that the installation environment temperature and humidity are within the allowable range, otherwise it may cause robot malfunction, failure, or electric leakage.

DANGER

Do not use in an environment that exceeds the robot's anti-electromagnetic interference and electrostatic discharge capabilities, otherwise it may cause the robot to shut down, change its operating trajectory, and produce unpredictable dangers. See Reference Standards for details.

Installation Precautions

The control box should be placed horizontally, with at least 5 cm clearance on both sides of the air inlet and outlet to ensure good air circulation and heat dissipation.

DANGER

The control box and cables should avoid contact with any liquid, and do not touch the plug with wet hands, otherwise it may lead to electric shock or even death.

DANGER

The control box must not be exposed to dust or humid environments beyond IP20 protection rating. Pay close attention to environments with conductive dust.

The meaning of IP20 protection rating:

  1. Dust protection level: Prevents fingers from touching parts inside the electrical appliance, and prevents medium-sized foreign objects (diameter greater than 12.5 mm) from entering.
  2. Water protection level: No special protection against water or moisture.
