How to Convert Cabinet Power Supply to DC (48VDC/24VDC)

The standard power interface of the cabinet is 220VAC, but some customers' environments require 48VDC or 24VDC input. The cabinet here refers to the large cabinet. Below are the specific methods for modifying the cabinet.
Converting Power Interface to 48VDC
Remove the switching power supply from the cabinet, remove the power cable from switching power supply to communication board, remove the 220V power socket from the cabinet. There are three components: switching power supply, power input connection cable, power output connection cable, as shown below:
Replace power socket with 3PIN aviation socket, mounting plate needs 3D printing, click 24V connector adapter plate.stp to download 3D printing file. Power connection cable is about 1 meter long (red wire: 48V, blue wire: ground, yellow wire: reserved for earth), three components in total, as shown below:
Note: If the external 48VDC power supply is battery powered, because the battery voltage range is wide, affecting the normal operation of the robot's braking overvoltage protection circuit, the communication board circuit needs to be modified as follows:
Communication board resistor R8 changed to: 3K parallel with 27K (i.e. 2.7K)
Converting Power Interface to 24VDC
When external power supply is 24VDC, a 24V to 48V power module needs to be added inside the cabinet.

The modified image is shown below:
The power module is attached to the bottom shell with nano adhesive. When there are vibration requirements, the power module needs to be fixed to the bottom shell with screws.
